What do you guys think about these thoughts on marriage?

It's not a naive/sunny view of marriage, but it points out the advantages of marriage. It's a "voluntary enslavement" but it's also the "adoption of a responsibility" and it makes you confront/fix your problems that if you weren't married you'd just avoid. Marriage gives you stability and cohesiveness and "continuity of narrative." Not to mention intimacy/companionship that goes beyond just sexual stuff.
