It wasn’t a couple of months ago when I was 198 pounds full of fat and a complete simp that can’t even make eye contact. I was completely invisible in the eyes of the opposite sex.
Fast forward 4 months later, and after taking the redpill, hitting the gym and maintaining a healthy diet, I was able to lose around 33 pounds of weight, although this isn’t even my final form yet as I am still lifting and getting in shape. I am more confident and I try to make my eye contact very firm while I talk.
I was no longer invisible. I started noticing women checking me out when I walk around college (whether they were looking at me with disgust or attraction is beyond me and I don’t really care), some of them even saying hi and waving at me.
Back when I was a kid, I was bullied around, I had a very small circle of friends, and I honestly never dared to start a conversation with anyone else fearing the worst. However I now want to step out of my comfort zone and meet new people, but I honestly don’t know what to talk about and when would be the best time to start the conversation and how to respond. I never had to in the past.
Any tips on what I should do? Is there anything you recommend to me to check out like books or other posts on the subreddit? How can I improve in conversation mastery?
