Don't text again and if she comes up with another excuse move on. You don't win every single time and that's part of the game.

Also "let's hang out" drop that shit. Tell her what the plan is and when it's happening and if you're feeling spicy what to wear.

Either move on or try again in a week or so.

A better approach would be to invite her to do something interesting you are already doing with or without her.

She can "meet" or "hangout" with any dude at anytime. But planning a specific activity shows her that she might actually enjoy herself and that you can LEAD.

As far as the text exchange, I'd ask her what her schedule is like the rest of the week, (or the next week, or whenever you're going to get free time).

People are busy. They can't always drop everything to come out with you. Don't worry about her not making it this time. Dont text her again, if she is interested she'll get back to you. If you see her in person, just be chill and don't bring this up.
