I've been trying to live a more RP lifestyle for the best part of a year now; I've trained religiously, measured macros/calories, worked hard, saved money - just started to become a man.

Now I'm in Thailand on a 1 month backpacking trip.

It's completely different for me as I normally keep myself to myself BUT I knew it would be a social challenge and it definitely has been! The first days have been lonely, my sleep messed up, I've lost my routine so there's no focus in my life right now - after 6 days I'm close to giving it up and flying home.

BUT, TRP lifestyle for me is all about pushing the non-existant limits that we're told are in place, so, I would like some advice from my fellow RPer's on what the best action is in this situation - do I stay (I feel like shit right now) or head home and get back to working on myself? Any tips on easy ways to talk with people/backpacking tips in general?

TLDR; travelling alone in Thailand. Socially awkward back home and struggling here - do I go home and get back to work or stay and try?
