How does someone really get over just comparing yourself to other men and thinking you're not good enough?

I'm 6ft at 180lbs at around 17% bf. I'm not lean nor buff and that just kills my self esteem. Been reading and commenting on TRP for around 3 years now and I'm definitely still on my journey. I'm always comparing myself to other men who I feel are better looking or more confident/have higher SMV everywhere I go. This fosters a mentality of "never being good enough". I've graduated with a bachelor's and I'm set to join the military and an officer in January so I've got something in the future. Anyone else struggle with this and get past it? Also, how would a red pill man or one in the making act/think with these kind of thoughts? Honestly, can't tell how or even if I stack up to others.
