Honestly, sounds like the prodromal phase of schizophrenia or, at the very least, psychosis.

I had some impressive numbers (1000 lb club - including powerclean - at 17 at 6' 162) so I would've told you weights all day back then. After injuring myself severely and not really being able to work out for 2 - 3 years, I started doing calisthenics. I've never read it anywhere, but intuitively I sense there's less to worry about in terms of injury. I literally got up to doing 500 pushups in 40 mins without doing any pulling exercises whatsoever and had no problems with injuries. Also, there's …

Learning about the stock market is mostly a waste of time unless you're already loaded (with a few exceptions). The bare-bones strategy is to just invest in the S&P 500 for the long haul.

Look up "Team Semi 1000 pushups in 40 minutes" and copy his technique. He does 25 pushups per minute for 40 minutes, but use your own number. I started off at 5 then got up to 12-13 per minute in 3-4 months and made some gainzzz dawg

I would say SMV, roughly, is the totality of a myriad of factors and variables that contribute to the mechanisms of attraction/desirability - particularly with an emphasis on comparative scaling.

I went monk mode for 6 months earlier this year. IMO, monk mode is best for when you're suffering from some intense pain, have some urgent deadline to meet - or something of that nature. I stopped grinding it out when I reached a big milestone.

No More Mr. Nice Guy as someone said before The premise is to put your needs first. And being a nice guy is less than ideal compared to that because they operate from covert contracts - for instance, doing a 'nice' thing like buying a girl flowers or whiteknighting them and expecting sex or affection in return

My uncle was a model and apparently very intelligent. My mom told me stories of these two girls fist fighting over him. Anyway, he did modeling in SF - ended up messing with some girls that got him into drugs. He tripped over the edge and went schizo. He still thinks that Nixon is president to this day. Sad story.

I would set goals. I just did 400+ pushups today in 40 minutes and it was honestly pretty easy compared to the first few times - so now I'm going up to 440 next time around and adjusting until I get to the grand goal of 500 (hopefully by next month). Simple. Maybe max out on compound lifts and set a goal for each one that seems attainable yet challenging (approx 5-20lbs more) and put a reasonable time period to attain this, such as 8-9 weeks. Its a little more difficult if you don't have a good …

You know, one of the most depressing things I ever learned is the realization that the red pill isn't just about intergender dynamics - it's about far more than that, it applies to the vast majority of mainstream programming of beliefs. For example, the Theory of Relativity is documented to have been originally created by two French scientists by the name of Lorentz and Poìncare and Einstein barely added much, if anything, to it. A trusted source's research has found that 50% of people with hear…

I'd level up the process of investing in myself by getting personal coaching from top coaches in certain fields, and test out different paths that have the possibility of creating multiple streams of passive income - particularly with the ability to front-load (put in a lot of work up front and receive dividends over time without much, if any, effort). I've put in nearly 500 hours of work into myself this year so far as an act of front-loading, so this is where I'm coming from at the moment.

Yeah I get you dude on dealing with delusions. These days though I don't actually have psychosis or any psychotic symptoms. They were healed/went away completely. The ortho stuff worked alright for positive symptoms, and helped with negative symptoms. Mileage may vary with this one, but it's a more natural alternative to the chemicals used in antipsychotics. The techniques I speak of are called EPR (energetic processing and release) as well as a daily energetic platform that could be done multip…

Unfortunately, it's not something that can be learned from a book. I've tried already. My process? In short I had an extreme psychotic break at 18 and landed in the psych ward. I had completely lost my mind for about 3-4 months until I started inching my way up. I experimented with many different teachings, practices, and different religious texts, etc. to see what would help the most. Eventually I landed upon something called orthomolecular psychiatry (using certain vitamins to correct chemical…

The most important thing I could recommend to someone suffering from schizo is something called Energy Awareness Training by Glenn Ackerman. He coaches people out of Beverley Hills, so this info is not very well known to the public so to speak. There's certain tools, exercises and a daily platform that will be extremely effective for recovering and generally feeling better/doing better in life. source: have had every symptom in the book, plus extremely rare ones - even got SZA diagnosis - now co…

That's actually lowballing it for me. Anyway, I was referring to being warrior in spirit - not whispering to yourself you're a warrior before fighting off the local school with a loaded arm

How I see it... men are supposed to be warriors. If you're not a warrior, what are you? The tribe slut getting gang-banged by her brothers and uncles?

I actually like when someone is doing better than me, higher standards pull me upward like a magnet. I thought I was 'the man' for doing 170 pushups in my 50 min workout (this is including 3 sets of other exercises). One day I came across a dude who casually did 1000 pushups in 40 minutes. By learning this from guy, who was doing far better than me, in less than a month - only a few days ago - I ended up doing 400 in 40 minutes by using what I learned from him. In other words, use it to your adv…

Yeah, you would be bigger if you hit the weights because of beginner gains. You won't necessarily get 'swole' doing calisthenics, but you'll still get 'solid'

I'm 21, but I would go back and sleep with that teacher that would let me then learn all the stuff I know now - but even sooner. In terms of TRP, it would have been great to read The Rational Male at 18. I wasn't open-minded toward consciousness/spirituality enough to learn the energetic stuff I know now but if it were possible, I'd get on it ASAP.

I somewhat agree to the extent that not everyone has your best interest in mind, but there are mutually beneficial ramifications for learning teachings from the correct sources or the sources that are best integrated with either what you prefer or what's truer to yourself--not to mention one of the larger scale counter-intuitive scams of today's society, which is the social conditioning misconstruing of our default biological tendencies and gender roles through socialistic programming of a femal…
