For roughly 2 months I've been engaged in what I would describe as a "texting relationship". Our interactions comprise of about 10% in person & 90% through texting. On paper myself & this girl are perfectly compatible. We're both passionate about fitness, both majoring in profitable (but different, as to not be too alike) degrees. The intimacy is also there when we are together.

Despite living in close proximity, it seems we've only been texting for the past 2-3 weeks, and she has said she hasn't really had time to hangout. Through texting she still gave off the impression that she was still very much involved in me (texting me late at night, or about 2-3 times before I respond).

About 4 days ago I had what I felt was an "alpha" moment & told her I'm not going to text you anymore, that this relationship seems very superficial, and that I want something more real. I told her she can call me, or just come over anytime. The relationship died instantly. I haven't heard a word from her all week. My theory as of this moment is that she was infatuated with the 'idea' of being with me, but not the actual relationship. I know it is very common for girls to crave attention from texting & not give a fuck past that point. I just wanted to put this one by red pill. What do you think I should have done?

Thanks for your time, guys.
