Everyone in my company got invited to a "sensitivity training: respect in the workplace" workshop. This is pretty degrading, but pretty funny at the same time.

Current situation: 2 weeks into the job, already gained mad respect in the firm from near everyone for going above and beyond on a couple of significant deals that I was able to close. This week I earned a lot of respect from my team, a lot of recognition from the owners of the company, and even had a senior worker reach out to my managers via email letting them know how impressed she was with my work and she hasn't seen this level of quality in a long time.

I'd like to leave it open to discussion on how to have the most amount of fun in this workshop. Let's have fun with this. Machiavellians and dark triads, what would you do?
