A little while ago I posted about my crazy nightmare co worker.

Here's an update. I started to fog, and literally just ignore her or stare at her when she says some mean crazy shit. And she backs down a tad (will say something rude or demanding or yell and I'll just stare at her and not say anything. And then she will crack a joke or say she's only kidding). We ended up getting a new boss (another woman of course) anyway. Satan is on vacation for a week.

I get called into the new bosses office on Monday and it gets brought up about her causing issues.

How the new boss found out was, a doctor I work with who I asked to be a reference for a new job. Had asked me why I wanted to leave. I told him I can't deal with her anymore. he likes me and everyone wants me to stay bc I'm good at what I do and they all hate her so I guess he had went and said something to the new boss. Probably what I should have done but it made me feel weak to do that

Anyway. She asked me what's going on and I give her a brief overview. She's heard that Satan causes trouble but since there's a union nothing has been done. She seemed like she wanted to change that. She used the word "bullied" Which made me feel like a pussy. But she said Satan is winning because everyone lets her. And that Satan is intimidated by me bc I'm better at the job. Younger. And don't cause trouble like she does. The boss tells me to let her know when an issue occurs. All this makes me feel like a bitch. But this lady is driving me insane and making a job I really like, miserable. Fucking miserable.

Now I'm worried if she catches wind I was talking to the boss about her. She will make it more miserable. I'm being 100% honest here. And I know you all will call me a pussy. Bc I am being one. But I'm horrified of this lady. Idk why. I think it's because she's willing to take it to a level I won't at the work place and that gives her power over me. She is constantly up my ass too. More worried about what I'm doing than herself.

My question is what's the best way to handle this now that the boss knows. Come Monday if Satan flips out, complains, yells, is rude as fuck, etc. which she will be.

How do I respond to her and go about this being the boss knows.

Sidenote: trying to deal with Satan has taught me how to handle Her better. So she thinks we are best friends, she also acts like she's my boss. She's very unprofessional and doesn't even do her job properly and we work in an OR.

I'm afraid (yea I said it again, just being honest with you guys bc I want proper advice) that she will make this all very difficult if I fight back or run to the boss. This also Makes me feel like a bitch. But enough is enough. My job would be so much better if she got fired. I'd feel bad if she did. She's old with kids but she brings it upon herself.

She yells at me. How do I go about it?

Edit: this happened last week. now we get 15 mins break and 30 mins lunch. But Satan said we take both together and take an hour when I first started. Satan always takes longer than an hour. I go to break and said I'll take my lunch. And 15 later. Being that we get an hour. I took 45.

Her: YOURE JUST GETTING BACK NOW!

Me: yea I took 45 and am taking my break later.

Her: how long do we get for break

Me: and hour. But I'm taking my 15 lady so 45.

Her: no! We get 30 mins for lunch.

Me: okay

Her the next day: goes for break for an hour and 20 Mins. I timed it.

Another time.

She talks to me like I already know what she knows. She will say something like "go grab the paper from room 7" and I have no idea what paper she's talking about. And she will be rude as hell wen I ask.

She was telling me about a probe I was supposed to switch out when they were done using it. I asked something about it. I forget what. And she goes.

"NOW WHY WOULD YOU ASK ME SUCH A STUPID QUESTION!" And gets near my face.

Also we were talking about these symbols on the packages. I told her the hour glass means it's outdated date. And the other one was the manufacturer date.

Her: NO YOURE WRONG! YOURE WRONG!

Me: say nothing and go on the internet on my phone. I show her that the universal symbols and what they mean and go See IM NOT WRONG.

I Just wanted to punch the phone through her head.

Anyway this is some of he more recent shit she does. And I'm mad at myself for letting it get to this point. But when I try to stick up for myself. She starts yelling loud and it doesn't get me anywhere anyway

TL:DR have Satan for a co worker. New boss was notified of all the problems She's caused. Now when she lashes out at me. How should I go about it without causing too much ruckus
