I'm 22, was 21 when I first found trp. I had this kind of reaction when I first stumbled upon this place.

You have so so much time. You're not even an adult yet for Christ's sake. I think at least half of your problem is down to overthinking and worrying. Calm the fuck down, and realise that you haven't even began your life yet.

Abstain from red pill for a bit - not the mindset, but the sub. Don't read any new theory. Take some time to gather your thoughts and figure out what you think of the world through a red pill lens. Red pill isn't fact, its theory - some of it is likely correct, some of it may be wrong. You don't have to take all of it and it's up to you to decide what you think, so don't be afraid to do that.

Go monk mode for a bit. Halt your vices for a little while and abstain from everything aside from work, exercise and working toward general betterment of your person. Once your mind settles and you can clearly organise your thoughts, come back, and expand your knowledge. Keep doing that.

Read, re-read, discuss, think, write, then start again. Consume the information, process it, organise it, store it - that's the cycle.
