In a LTR, but my trust issues and overthinking problems are literally self-sabotaging me. She presents herself as a unicorn, let's me on her accounts, gives me sex whenever, is loyal to a fault, etc...

But I can't help to think that she's just hiding SOMETHING. She's not perfect but everything I've learned tells me AWALT, never give a woman your full trust, but she's a walking contradiction to almost everything I've ever learned about female nature. How the fuck do I proceed? Am I simply overthinking and she's actually a dime?
