If a girl is into you how do you even start the conversation making her come home with you.

Get her to talk about herself. What she's studying, what she does for a job, what she does for fun, what kind of music she likes, what she wants to do in the future. Avoid politics. Finding common ground is key.

That, and accept that you don't always win. You want sex, but don't give people the impression that you feel entitled to it. People will start thinking you're a sexual predator, people talk.

As long as your place isn't Spartan and isn't a complete dump, you're fine. Clean up after yourself, make sure it doesn't smell like a locker room.

Doing something about your acne isn't a bad idea either. Clean up your diet, cut milk (some cheese and yogurt is fine) from your diet, shower at the end of the day (cold showers are recommended), wash your face and change your bed sheets and pillow case on a weekly basis. If you don't do something about your acne it does leave some scarring.

I think age 23 to 27 is the hardest for men. You're getting out of the college scene so it's harder to meet and hit on college girls. Girls just out of college and into their late 20s don't want to meet guys in this age -- they want guys getting serious in their career and with some life experience, so SMV pretty much. You're 23 so maybe you can still get to know local college girls, but you'd have to work the social scene first, as social pre-selection helps a lot. Overall don't be like most guys thirsting for women at your age. Build yourself, focus on your mission, advance your career and your money making ability, invest a lot into friendships with men and professional networking, save and try to stay out of debt, and of course build your body every day.

I had girl over when i was renovating. I ate and slept in same room. Didnt affect girls opinion about lay or me.
