I normally wouldn't give a fuck, but this party was full of clients. (I'm a realtor) I feel obligated to maintain professionalism, and not be that "creepy agent" who hits on his clients.

This HB7's birthday party was yesterday. She refers clients to me all the time. She was constantly feeling my arms, holding my hands, touching, isolating, and striking up convo all night. I maintained my "professional" frame.

At the end of the nightshe told me she wants to hang out sometime soon, and as I was walking out, even went as far as to say "please call me", almost in a pleading way.

While I was getting some late night munchies with friends after the party, she called me, and texted me. The call was a bunch of "sorrys", claiming she didnt know who's number this was.

Her texts were "whatcha doing", "im going home", etc. I took this as an overbearing hint and replied with: "come over, 123 ______ St." This also seemed like a better way to maintain anonymity, instead of some public makeout session.

Didn't get a reply last night. I get hit with a text today however: "was that a bootycall?"

What would you do TRP? She's not a client, but is affiliated with a great number of them. I normally wouldn't care, and own my text, but my image matters to my bottom line. I wonder if I should downplay it, own it, or ignore it.

Me: Oh shit...., I have this bad habit of not saving numbers on my phone.... I was supposed to meet up with a friend that night. Sorry for the mixup!

Me: Your number is saved now, I promise!

Her: Who is this? (LOL)

Me: Your favorite realtor! Thanks for the invite, it was fun - Happy Birthday!

My living is worth more than an HB7. If she can be convinced that it was just a miscommunication, this would be the optimal scenario in my books.
