As im still getting the hang of recognizing the difference between a shit test & comfort test, one of my plates made an interesting comment the other day.

We went for a run in the park and afterwards walk into a deli to buy some water. As she is going to pay for the water, the clerk asks her if thats all. She pays and we leave. The whole time im just standing there with open body language minding my own business.

After we leave, my plate makes a comment saying “must you always be so intimidating to other guys”

I asked where is she coming from with that comment and she explains how the clerk is always nice & chatty with her when she’s along but today he said nothing when she was with me.

I replied by laughing saying maybe he being nice because he wants to hit that and now he acting all innocent because i was there.

Now it is clear that i was the alpha male in this scenario but i am unclear whether her comment was a shit test or not?

Or should i take that as a red flag that she might have something going on with the clerk?
