In this day and age... The ideal age is NEVER.

Barring that some statistics seem to suggest a 10-15 or so year gap works very well for relationships in the long term. Men are reaching their peak around 35 while women are reaching their peak around 20.

Just remember dont go for marriage. LTR is fine, make sure to qualify your women heavily before doing anything risky like moving them into your place and/or having kids with them.

Most young girls I know said they wouldn't marry someone that old.

Translation: they've all fantasized about getting "conquered" or "captured" by a tall, moody, dominant, mysterious, possibly rich, older guy who has tons of game and tons of life experience. But they've listened to too much slut-shaming from other women. So they believe such fantasies are "slutty" and "wrong" and "would never work."
