Just go talk to some hoes and be a little flirty etc. don’t even sweat getting their number.

Sometimes knowing they could stand talking to you without running away in horror is enough to bump confidence.. trust me I know from experience

You can do all those tasks in one day. It took me from being a sad fuck two weeks ago to feeling more energetic, happy, relaxed, and confident.

Its not a quick fix but go to the gym and lift, nothing will bring you more confidence and satisfaction.

Think of something you've always wanted. This should be something that's a bit of a stretch for you to achieve.
Think of yourself achieving that thing.
Work backwards to how you got to the point of achieving that thing
Once you've worked backwards all the way to the first step you would need to take, take action on that first step immediately, even if it's just a small action like looking something up online.
Now work forwards towards your goal following the steps you've already thought out. Write them down if you need to.
Achieve goal
Confidence boost

Example:

I come from a tiny country. Growing up through it would be impossible for me to see other places at the opposite side of the world. Started off day dreaming about myself being there, seeing the sights for myself, trying the food, walking the streets.

Worked backwards to me needing to have arrived there via plane, but first I would need to buy tickets, and I would also need to get a visa to go there. To get a visa I would need to update my passport and check the requirements for a Visa on the embassy website.

So I started off by googling the embassy website, checking out the visa requirements, updated my passport, scheduled an appointment to get the visa after filling out the paper work and getting documents together. Went to the embassy, got the visa a few weeks later, bought a ticket, got on the plane, stepped off the plane and there I was, on the opposite end of the world. It was basically impossible to imagine I could ever do it, but I did it. Confidence boosted, anything felt possible.

Once you achieve one goal, move on to another seemingly impossible one. Pick up a few small goals along the way too.
