Can't do much about your height unless you're still a teenager, in which case you can look into human growth hormone to grow

You can improve your face by getting braces for your teeth, lifting to get a thicker neck, and being low body fat so you have a jawline and cheekbones. Grow a beard if you have a weak chin

You can improve your body by lifting, and dressing well

Its all about that right now sadly. Go online dating even the 45y old hags with purple hair still think they have there SMV high and are super shallow.

Its kind of weird when 95% of all people are fat out of shape, and most men lose there hair at an early age.

A part from a facebook account i have no social media and i am off line dating.

Its quit insane that you go out live and can pick up good looking women and online dating you get rejected by the ugliest.

At the end of the day it’s all about being healthy and confident. You can look at all those people on social media and you can boil it down to those two things.

Also porn, Instagram, etc it’s all heavily edited, shot in intense lighting - it’s no real. People don’t have sex like that and in those positions it’s all a fantasy. Everything uses CGI, plastic surgery, or are on some form of steroids.

No society is not appearance obsessed.

Humans, by our very nature, use appearance to determine a lot of things. However that doesn't mean it's the holy grail of how people perceive you. I'd argue society is more obsessed with who has the stronger frame without most people even realizing it.

Here's a personal example that I feel sums up exactly what I'm trying to say. When I used to be BP and overweight I went to a music festival with my older brother and his attractive friends. The first thing one of the girls said to me was "You look like you play Dungeons and Dragons." Now sure it was a shit test but she also said it because that was absolutely her first impression of me. Now if had I been more RP minded and met her on my own it would've been much harder for me to showcase my status because my appearance would be giving the opposite vibe.

So looks DO matter but if you're counting yourself out because of them I strongly, adamantly believe you're a defeatist loser. Looks only help you get in the door it's your frame and game that keep the attraction.
