Well if she has the herps and doesn't have any obvious sores there is less a chance you can pick something up. Still a remote chance though. Wearing a condom lessens this risk even further. Not completely though.

You can absolutely get STDs from a bj too. I got my first and only STD, chlamydia, a while back from a BJ.

Fuck enough girls and you will get HPV (genital warts). Same goes for Herpes. Condoms can reduce this risk, but only abstinence can completely eliminate it.

The actual number required from a statistical standpoint has a lot to do with where you live.

At some point you're just going to have to accept that there's always a risk. Just about everything that's fun and worthwhile entails risk. When you fuck, you risk an STD. When you start a business, you risk losing money. When you get up on a horse, you risk getting bucked off and shattering a leg or wrist. You can do these things anyway and live a fulfilling life...or sit at home all day stroking your penis to pornography.

Why don't you people believe me when I say as long as your relationship with God is good he will protect you from STD's? It's true.
