whole point of dating is:

To find out if a chick has the qualities you require for a potential mate.
To find out if a chick has long term relationship potential.

Marriage is for the sake of raising a kid, with both parents, to give that kid the best possible outcomes in life. Stability, male and female influences, and a better standard of living than a single parent (usually female with a drive by father.)

If you want to have kids, realize that TRP in general is extremely averse to marriage and families. They have good reasons for this, because many of them have been fucked over by family courts, or been stuck married to a woman who becomes a landwhale.

IF you decide to pursue this, I would recommend not ever getting an official government license, so you cannot be divorce-raped.

To have a Red Pill Relationship, start by developing some SMV. Then, start to look for a quality, virtuous woman (low n count, especially). I'm not saying unicorns exist, but your chances of a tolerable woman are better with a virgin from rural Idaho than a whore you met at a night club who has banged 100 guys.

Lots of asshats are now going to pile on and talk about irrelevant shit I've already addressed, and say marriage is stupid, etc. Don't worry about them, they'll be gone from the gene pool before long.

For my current LTR after 3 years pill:

Mutual sexual attraction and chemistry. Sex whenever I want. Always excited to see me and enthusiastic about us and things we do. Feminine and takes care of herself. Cooks for me. Cleans without me asking. Does laundry and puts away clothes. Works a job and pays for half of stuff. Mutual respect. Interested in long term goals and working towards them. Defers to my judgement and direction. Doesn't nag but isn't afraid to ask for help or remind me to do something. Shares a lot of red pill ideas about family, child rearing, hard work. Good with money. Has her own hobbies and passions. Good relationship with her father and friends. Fun and funny.

Oh Christ. Marriage is a sham brother. The moment you put a ring on her finger you lose the only power you really ever had in the relationship.

People in any situation will do whatever they can get away with. Generally, societal "rules" keep relationship dynamics in check. The only measure of what is right is your own measure.

Having said that, a woman must do everything sexually you require. She must be submissive. These are a woman's defining qualities to get and keep a man. They do this instinctively with Chads.
