The most basic principal to the red pill is: In order to improve your life, Improve your self. Be the best version of your self.

Some sub principals are theories on why women and men act the way they do. Alot of the things you have cited are Generalizations of examples usually put on here, to point out the theories. One of the first stages of becoming "unplugged" (like in the matrix "you cant go back") is anger and hatred. So you will see alot of angry posts but look through that and try to understand what is going on.

Some TRP people focus on the PUA aspect of TRP and some ignore that all together (MGTOW). But you will see that it is more than getting girls, its about getting a better life!

It's an analogy from the Matrix movies we role-play in this sub. It's about how we are born into a world of lies and how the truth will set you free. You will probably have to pick a minor character as all the cool ones are taken.
