Recently I have been having interactions with girls where I'd get their number, text them the same day and they quickly reply. Naturally, I ask them out to get drinks or coffee and then they wait a few days to a week to reply.

So what is the consensus on replying? Do I double their waiting time (if they wait 2 days, I wait 4; if they wait 1 week, I wait 2)? Or it doesn't really matter and I can reply within a few hours? However, I only answer texts with a 1:1 ratio.
