LTRs should be treated differently than plates. If you're the guy who needs advice to get this question answered, you are not the guy who could pull off "had a face like Rosie O'Donnell but an ass like Kim K" in a way that would lead you to the desired result. OVERT dread will blow up in your face unless your SMV is much higher than your LTR.

You should answer like this: "She was pretty. Nothing special."

This does two things... 1) Fuel her competition anxiety and gets the hamster spinning. She is reminded that other attractive women find you attractive, but... 2) it also shows that you are not trying to make her jealous or threaten her (which she would remember and use against you in the future the next time a guy is hitting on her).

Women are much more intuitive than men, will remember the dumb shit you say, question sketchy behavior, and see through fake-confidence. Don't take it as an opportunity to use stupid sex jokes or act arrogant when you're being comfort-tested. Just be nonchalant and treat it like its something you're used to.
