This going to be a relatively long post. About 20 months ago after feeling chronically tired for about a year and tired in general for probably 3 years I burned out severely. I was unable to walk for a week and I had literally every possible physical symptom you could think of. For a, at that time, eighteen year old guy this was really tough because my life was hell. Currently, after slowly improving for about 20 months I’m probably half way there.
I’ve been checked on every disease off all sorts and they were all negative also on a psychiatric level.
Now, I’ve been thinking and the last few weeks it became more and more clear to me that I have an innate unconscious belief that life is meaningless. I don’t know why but often when I think about doing things I always think that. How do I solve this? Is it even possible to solve this?
