What is your sleep schedule like?

Gym, work, school, family. Sleep by 9pm, up at 4:25am because the gym opens at 5. Cardio and calisthenics in the morning. I do resistance exercise all day long at work because I have no time to go back to the gym after work. I am happy with the results.

11/3 Update: I am changing this to a 5:25am alarm, morning calisthenics only, 5pm cardio and resistance exercise during daily work breaks. Too hard for me to stay sharp until 9pm when I get up at 4:25am.

Go to bed late, late at night.

Wake up 5 hours after I go to sleep.

Enjoy having 2-3 extra hours a day to read, answer emails, accomplish mundane tasks, and plot the destruction of my enemies.

Go about my day.

My schedule during the week is gym, work, school. I don't even attempt to have a social life during the week, I sleep at 9 and wake up at 4:45. I'm usually in bed at 8 or so though and read or browse reddit. Weekends I'm usually exhausted and sleep in or take naps if I have night plans.

Sleep schedule is very simple - Go to bed at 11 PM and get up at 5 AM. 6 hours of sleep is enough for me to function efficiently. And sticking to a tight schedule like this makes me fall asleep as soon as clock hits 11.

8 hours a day every day, sometimes 9.

Strength gains, Memory, and Brain power are optimal at minimum 8 hours. I find my schedule fits best at 12am - 8am.

Go to bed after work so around 9 am, wake up somewhere between 3 and 5 PM. Shower, food and do whatever I feel like.

Days off: I go to bed anywhere between 11PM and 3 AM depending on what I have to do the day after.

I'm only 20 and my schedule is ill advised but it works well for me.

In bed between 3am-5am, out of bed between noon and 2pm.

That gives me a couple hours of gym-time and good breakfast prep before i start work at 5pm and come home at or before midnight.
