Every time I read about the "common" or "average" man I think about the life I was born into - one of quiet mediocrity. I imagine myself at the end of my life looking back on constant inaction and laziness and I'm disgusted.
Seneca talks about finding someone honorable to venerate. Someone who embodies what you deem ideal in a man. Someone who has no secrets and lives his life as perfectly as possible. I'm trying to be that person.
“For what prevents us from saying that the happy life is to have a mind that is free, lofty, fearless and steadfast - a mind that is placed beyond the reach of fear, beyond the reach of desire, that counts virtue the only good, baseness the only evil, and all else but a worthless mass of things, which come and go without increasing or diminishing the highest good, and neither subtract any part from the happy life nor add any part to it? A man thus grounded must, whether he wills or not, necessarily be attended by constant cheerfulness and a joy that is deep and issues from deep within, since he finds delight in his own resources, and desires no joys greater than his inner joys.” ― Seneca, The Stoic Philosophy of Seneca: Essays and Letters

Ego. Upon introspection through meditation and journaling, I have found that most of my anger and negative emotions are because I am invested in beliefs that reality demonstrates to be false. My unrealistic expectations cause me anger and beliefs that should be discarded are held on to because of fear.
How about you?

I've always known the only thing stopping me from greatness was myself. Thanks to RP I've started feeling it to. Starting to see results. I truly know I can achieve what I want as long as I keep working on myself.

Rage doesn't go away. It just gets easier to live with. It becomes controllable. Remember that. Bluepill chumps and feminists are everywhere.

True this. I have around 3 emotions. A calm happy fun loving confident playfulness. A numb emptiness (doesn't really bother me tho tbh, been like this forever. Its just kinds like indifference). & A deep passionate rage from the core of my soul.
I very very rarely get sad, or jealous, etc.

My undying urge to have power and control. Imagine all of the rage and power-hungriness of Ari gold. Now imagine it applied to a calm dude who laughs a lot. That's me. All I want is money, power & influence. Power is freedom.
