All you can really do at this point is enforce the boundary. Tell her you are not interested in dating girls who smoke but especially those that lie and leave it at that. See if she makes some sort of effort to apologize, either a meal or small gift. Otherwise come to terms with the fact she will likely relapse over time again and what the response will be, the answer is always some form of dread but you will have to decide how severe. Personally, if she's okay with lying to you about something so small, I'd be on the watch for something bigger.
