Do not volunteer for a paternity test with the caveat that she can get a court-ordered paternity test to see if you're father, and you should cooperate if you're instructed by the court to do so. You take the test, and if it's yours, then you're on the hook for child support for at least 18 years.

The best thing you can do is to use this as motivation to get your shit together and to stop being an idiot.
