I have been in self-development, spirituality, and things of that nature LONG before red pill. Sadly, I was too "nice" so I never really was able to execute on the women who were interested in me (bonehead mistake). I also didnt realize that lifting was vital as it carries benefits so I never go into it(also bonehead mistake).

Anyways, I have done yoga, and meditation, clean diet and good sleep for about 3 years now. I would even say I am pretty damn experienced in both meditation and yoga. I have gotten comments from women starting about 2.5 years ago commenting on how "calm" and "clear" I seemed. (too nice and stupid to execute) And even now, its a huge "selling point" of mine. More than my new found muscle, my "calmness" is always what girls notice and comment on. In addition, I am pretty well-dressed and I am doing pretty well in my field of study atm

Both men and women ask whats my "Secret" for productivity, calmness, etc.

I want to say my secret is just good sleep, diet, yoga and meditation. The few times I have said this, it makes me seem more mysterious and girls begin to become engaged/sexually interested, esp the yoga and meditation part. Men practically revere me much more for keeping up with both these practices too. I was at a cabin that a few buddies rented last weekened. We were sharing rooms and many saw me in my "habitat". Many people saw me meditate and it made people think I was so mysterious I was surprised

On the other end, these 4 habits I mentioned have basically help me "outclass" many people in my friend group/peers. It separates me and gives me an "edge". Should I reveal my secrets like that? If basically anyone does the "non-negotiables", they will be miles ahead of everyone else. Should I give that power and know how to my "rivals"? EDIT: I didn't specify my reasoning for this post; one law in the 48 laws of power states I should never give out my secrets. Another states I should always make myself mysterious. Not saying my secret will keep it from my enemy, but saying it makes it seem so mysterious. "I practiced yoga and meditation and breathing execercises and read extensively into all of the eastern faiths and know them like the back of my hand due to 3-4 years of experience" is such a piece of juicy bait that ALWAYS gets the attention, respect and POWER from men and women alike
