In this case, I feel like I am feminizing myself by not following my gut and resorting to excuses, escapism.
You're not feminizing yourself. Stop associating "feminine" with "bad", this isn't a boy's club and girls don't have cooties.
You're just WASTING YOUR POTENTIAL.
You don't want to do the hard work.
You lack self-discipline.
As for escapism or breaking rules, even bodybuilders have "cheat days". As long as you can keep them to minimum, you're doing fine. But if you can't control that, you need another means of escaping the everyday life.
Note that I woke up feeling 8/10 and singed first time in my last 5-8 yeara.
I love singing. I'm horrible at it, but man, I love singing.

Feminism was merely to make a point. Call it these instead. Enslavement. Cucking. Trapping. Prisioning.
I want to do the work. I don't like how dirty my rooms look or the loundary waiting for some time. I want them to go away.
I just find a way not to. Very subtly.
Then I feel feminized/trapped etc. And I know it while it happens. But I choose to continue to put my head up my ass.
That's what I'm talking about with "failing"

Again, feminism is not feminity.
When you fail, you stand back on feed and proceed.
Because you don't want to do it. You want it to be done. There's a post on self-discipline. There's no motivation needed, you only need discipline, and this you forge by trying, failing, trying more.

No I want to. That's why I feel miserable.
I don't do the thing I want. This makes me miserable.
Are you even understanding what I am trying to say?

And do you understand what I am telling you?

Hmm yeah I got one thing.
Damn. How do I listen to "what I want", better??
Just self pep talk. Then cheering up. Feeling happy and positive. That's it?

When a child, who doesn't know how to walk, tries and fails - does it require self pep talk, reassurance or cheering up? No, it does not. It tries until it learns, this is how learning and training works. Understand this mechanic, accept the fact that you fail, because without failure there can be no improvement.
One day, you will master it, no matter how many times you'll fail. Only thing you need is persistence. To the point of stubborness.
Stop fearing failure. Embrace the failure and learn from it. That's how rockstars are born.

You get up, dust yourself off and keep going. We've all been tired or lazy once In awhile, but afterwards we still go out and get shit done.

What do we do when we fall of the horse, master Wayne?
