This isn't real a solution for you short term problem most likely, but some food for thought about future situations.

One thing to avoid this in the future, is to pick up a hobby that allows for you to include her. For example, I got into longboarding recently. I enjoy it as a chill way to get out and do something physical. This also works great for dates, as it allows for some early kino (teaching them how to ride) as well as giving them something novel to do, rather than boring dinner. Also, you can use it to move the location of the date quite easily, which helps with the "adventure" part they all mention in their bios. Find something like this or even give this a try for the future.

If all else fails go to the movies.
