Logistics only is always a good rule to follow. I like to first have a standard greeting like "hey! it was cool meeting you today. the park/the bar/whole foods is crazy lol" basically a friendly, not-needy, but not pushy greeting.

Let them respond, then judging by the length of time, # of y's they add to the end of "heyyyyy" and # of emojis in their response, you can determine which line to use next:

high interest: "let's grab drinks next tuesday"

medium interest: "let's grab drinks next week if you're free."

low interest: "lets grab drinks/hangout sometime"

"Hey, [her name]. It was kinda random but cool meeting you today (or whenever you guys met). Are you always this friendly to strangers?"

"I'm going to [place] at [date/time]. You should come."
