I had this in my BP days - ex let herself go. It means the LTR has no future, she’ll only get worse with time. Develop an exit strategy but know that you’ll be better for leaving. Drama with a girl you live with in college is awful, particularly as you head to exams, so bear that in mind.

One thing you could do (if you already aren’t) is to work out more often and be less available - this will give her some dread, sending her the message that you’re improving and she can’t take you down to her level.
