What's a good escalation guide?

My personal cheat sheet:

Stage	Kino	Context
Social (just met her)	shake hands > touching shoulder or arm to emphasize a point	chat
Friendly (like you'd do with a buddy)	high five > tap on shoulder to get attention > elbow or shoulder push	friendly meet / drinks or coffee w friends present
Ambiguous (NOT like you'd do with a buddy)	hugging > thumb war > hand push / poke > hand on her lower back to lead her somewhere > take her by hand to other place	change venue / drinks or coffee 1 on 1
Flirty (showing clear interest)	dancing > staring contest > arm in arm escorting when venue change > keeping your hand on her waist > adjusting her hair > stroking her shoulder, arm, leg > kiss	1 on 1 comfort area

Of course, all of this is not set in stone and the amount of rapport brought by any specific kino relies heavily on proper calibration and body language. For example, a "hand on waist" move would be perfectly fine at a friendly stage if performed for a very good reason in context, for a very short time, without looking at her or as part of a joke. Also, there is no real separation between Ambiguous & Flirty stages, just increasingly less ambiguity as to your interest
