What's the difference between a shit test and "just hates you?"

They're all shit tests. Even being downright disrespectful and demeaning can be flipped and "passed". In some extreme cases though, the only way to pass the test is to walk. At least for now.

The only question you should be asking is: "is this bitch worth the shit she's throwing at me?"

NO, if a woman hates you she'll do things to make others belittle you & even be nice to lure you in for a betraying act of supreme bitch-level witchery.

Those aren't shit-tests. Snide comments or complaints about what you did/didn't do to make her happy are shit-tests.

If she challenges you then it's a shit test. If she insults you then she is not feeling attracted to you

If she's shit testing you, then she hasn't decided yet.
