She'll start to manipulate you into supporting her. If she starts out paying rent, she'll be late and then "do you really need it this month" and then "hey, I've sucked you off this month, don't think about asking for the rent".

Your only negotiation is to kick her out... her negotiation on what she's offering is endlessly individually negotiable.

There are many reasons. Not least of which include you getting way too comfortable, financial/legal impacts (dependent on cohabitation laws in your legal jurisdiction), difficulties if things go south, inability to apply dread game (an important component of TRP), etc.

I've had the same idea before, and it wasn't particularly a good one. Here's the deal, you move in and play house for a bit and the sex on tap is a real cool idea. Sooner than later ~2 - 3 months, you both get into routines and start getting into dumb arguments (RP teaches ignore it or AA but after a while it gets annoying and tiring). If you do manage to get through the bullshit most women will want to walk away because it's a lot easier bailing on playing house and just being independent whore with dating apps. So you either break up or she finds some bullshit to make it into a bigger argument to leverage a breakup where you are a giant asshole. Point is, there really is no reason to spend every living breathing second with anyone, let alone your gf.

Do it. You create a level of vulnerability neither of you can escape. Be gone often, stay busy and do not slide into comfortable life without many boundaries between yourself and her everything.

The sexual tension you maintain is essential. Let her be hungry for you and maintain a powerful emotional distance.

Enjoy the position and use her closeness to further your own life goals.

If she does not compliment your goals and assist you in getting closer to them faster then she should not be living with you.

Only things that make your life accelerate towards greatness get closer, the rest must maintain a strong distance or end up pulling you down.
