Anxiety will make you push rope and not enjoy yourself. Worse, the more it happens the worse it gets, because you start getting anxious about getting anxious and then you end up fucking yourself with it.

I had this issue for a while, and it was frustrating as fuck. But ultimately I learned to just enjoy myself and the sensations of what was going on. The feel of her body, the sounds of her breathing, the feel of her body shifting as I touched her, the smell of her perfume and wet pussy, all things that you miss out on when your head is somewhere else. How can you get turned on if you aren't paying attention to (and enjoying) the things that make sex so fucking great?

Mindfulness meditation will help you. Focus on the sounds, smells, tastes, feels, and sights. Let them permeate you, live in that moment and enjoy it.

You'll have no problems after that.

There's nothing wrong with you, you have masturbated so much that you lost sensitibity, it's a common body response, stop watching porn/masturbating for 3 months and you'll be back on track.

I had the same problem you do, and fixed it by stopping porn, but I am back on porn now because I don't want to deal with girls, but that's up to you.
