A few times a week (for my entire life), middle-aged fat women will feel strongly compelled to approach me and use some sort of demeaning language towards me. Typically using diminutives and offensive terms of endearment such as "baby, darling, honey, sweetie etc". It happens everywhere. Including in the workplace when I travel to various businesses to fix their IT issues. "You look awfully young, are you old enough to be doing this job? You have a baby face. You're just a boy."

For reference, I'm 32 years old. 6'1" 210 lbs, six pack. High school girls usually ask me if I'm in college, and college girls usually ask me if I'm a senior in college. When I tell girls my age, I usually get disbelief, and then something like, "Well, I may have just increased my age limit" in response.

I have no issues with passing shit tests from hb's, typically using cocky-funny tactics. But I wouldn't call these shit tests. They are fat 50 year old women, and it's them genuinely trying to insult my manhood status and attempting to make manhood status a female-defined attribute. The tone of voice they try to use is a sort of motherly/condescending tone they would use with a small child.

I typically respond with "excuse me?", or just give them a dirty look and then negative body language. If I'm a customer in a store, I usually fill out the receipt survey with a zero and name that employee as rude, because I know receipt surveys get employees fired on a regular basis.

Edit: Of note, I gained weight from last March - September when the gyms were closed. After gaining weight, all of these insults magically stopped. Now, after cutting all the fat I gained, everything is right back to how it's always been.

TLDR: How do you respond to low SMV women (fat, ugly 50 year olds) genuinely attempting to insult you out of jealousy?
