Not as easy an answer. Women hit the wall at 30 because women's value is drawn from the beauty, fertility and sexuality. Those traits start to decline after 30. There are some that slide down and many that cliff dive off.

Our value is more abstract so it's harder to catalogue. I think you are at your prime late twenties to mid forties as long as you are a successful masculine presence.

After that you decline but lot more gradual.

The only biological way you can hit the wall, is if your testosterone levels fall, but you can recover it by going to the gym, eating correctly, getting sun (or vitamin D), or just taking testosterone medication.

Women can't escape infertility because they run out of eggs, and their hormones are way more complicated for medicine to manage.
