Asking here because I am looking for an authentic answer. Married for 5 years and I (female) stumbled on TRP after realizing that my husband exhibits many of these traits/principles. Long story short, husband makes many many many demands, and if I cant fulfill all of them, he says "then you can leave." For example, all childcare, cleaning, housework is on me in addition to working a full time job. He makes me hand him my paychecks. He also tells his family lies that i dont earn enough money, and his brother demands to know how much $$ I make.

The other day we were having an argument, and he threw something in my general direction, so i called his brother asking him advice on calming my husband down. The brother first called me a liar, then said my husband probably had good reason to be angry with me because i "dont work". ( Even though i do work, he considers anything less than $5K/month to be peanuts. I also had my second baby 3 months ago and childcare is 100% between my mother and I, which impedes me from working more than 30 hours/week. Then proceeded to call me a list of insults (that i am selfish basically for not working 40 hours).

My husband always sides with his brother when his brother insults me. The brother to me also fits truly the red pill prinicples, or at leastxwhat i believe they are. He dates girls who are at least 15 years younger than him, (he is 37) demands that they make as much money as he does, and will only marry a girl who is young (20-22), from a wealthy family, rich, supermodel hot, and will have her own mother at the ready to nanny their future children so he won't have to pay a babysitter when he pushes her out to work 6 weeks post partum.

So, when i talk to my friends, they are shocked and disgusted, but i am curious what is a "red pill" perspective on these red pill attitudes i deal with.
