The fact that we now have an internet means that salaried labor will end. Companies will simply post tasks online and get a swarm of people the world over vying to complete them for a pittance,.

Gender relations as we've known them will end as the decline of marriage will become pretty much complete.

Software will automate more than we can possible imagine. There will be no president in 12 years. Because no president can erason like software will be able to in that time.

Deeply held values like privacy and autonomy are about to be eviscerated. Stuff like the banning of cars without self-driving capacity will destroy personal freedom.

People's perceptions of reality will splinter with online news, unless... and this is more likely... censorship and authoritarianism prevents this.

I'm expecting all of this to happen within 10 years.
