Always use condoms and get tested every 3-4 months. Bring a girl back with you when you feel comfortable with her. The only real way to avoid false accusations is a judgement of their character. Fucking crazy girls can seem fun in the short term but it doesn’t fly well in the long term.

TLDR: Condoms prevent almost all STDs when worn properly. Get tested frequently for the off chance. Don’t fuck crazy girls.

There's a lot of danger to hooking up that people ignore. If you invest time into getting to know them, you can measure the risks more clearly. If you want to truly protect yourself, stop hooking up, having sex on the first few dates, and always use protection. Getting to know someone means measuring them to see if they have any obvious red flags that could indicate this danger.

Some examples: If a girl just wants to have sex and doesn't care about you know that you're just another notch. If she lets you not use protection she's done the same with other guys. If you don't open a conversation about sex before having it you won't know if she has a shady sexual history. If she's an sjw, mentally unstable, manipulative, or says weird things about past experiences, she's a liability. If she always acts like a victim or blames others for things that happen to her she's a liability.

Avoid dating apps. They offer women and men sexual liberty and anonymity that is such a huge risk to you. I have other comments in other threads on why dating apps are bad for game. This is yet another reason.

You need to learn how to vet these women and use good judgement. That also means removing some of the risky sexual behaviour from your seduction approach. It's not talked about because it makes things harder in the dating game, less instantly gratifying, and is partially taboo since no one wants to admit their sexual conquests got them chlamydia. And get tested if you show symptoms or suspect a partner you had wasn't clean. Also don't be afraid of actually bailing mid frisk if she looks disease ridden. Sounds cold but you are your number one priority.

Another sad thing I recommend is never eating a girl out until you are somewhat committed to her. Don't put your face down there if you don't fully trust her.

Tl;dr Basically just stop hooking up with strangers and stick to real people you can trust before you hop into bed with them. This lesson can be learned either the easy way or the hard way.

Except for aids, herpes and genital warts. The rest can be cured by antibiotics.

Genital warts most people carry the virus of. But never have an outbreak. And condoms don't protect you. So if you had sex you probably are infected.

As with herpes depending where you live a large part of the population has genital herpes. Some country's 90 percent others 20 percent.

Most people who have the virus never have an outbreak. And when they do it is very mild(often not recognised as herpes). Only a small percentage has mutiple outbreaks a year. So a lot of people don't know they have it. And doctors can't test on it except if you have an outbreak.

If you don't have an outbreak you are not infectious. But sometimes with mild unseen leasions you have a small change of infecting someone. And if you have sex enough with this person. Like unprotected for a few years eventually you will get it too.

So if you decide to have nocondom sex with someone. There is no way to be certain that she doesn't have herpes. The risk of herpes is simply a part of having nocondom sex. Even condoms are not full proof because you can have an outbreak near the vagina and penis that is not covert.

So herpes is just a risk you have to take if you want to have lots of casual sex. There is no way around it. But having herpes isn't a big deal. It is like herpes on your lip. Just a different place. Although you might run the risk of having a partner later on who will insist on using condoms forever.

Aids is the only serious chronic STD that will ruin your life. So if you want to have sex without protection, get tested.

If you have unprotected sex. You are sooner or later going to have sex with somebody who has herpes.

You can't test on it. And the person most likely is unaware they have it.

The chance of infection isn't high with one encounter.

Most of highly sexual people have herpes. It is just part of the game.

You just have to hope you are not one of the people who have it who have severve outbreaks 5 times a year.

Protection against false accusations is a good topic. My take on it is that if you do a good job with managing ASD, then you will have less LMR which will lead to more positive emotions about the experience and less possible regret on her part.

So maybe if you are encountering LMR, it might be be helpful to think about it in this way: is this standard "I don't want to look like a slut or make it too easy for him", or is there something else? Like is there real, deeper guilt and negative emotions involved?

If it's the latter, maybe take some time to talk it out and see where she stands? Maybe decided not to have sex? Sex isn't always the end all... I'd say the old philosophy of "leave a girl better off than when you found her" would be good to apply here. Leaving here with positive emotions and no sex is better than being able to push through LMR and leave her with mixed feelings. I dunno... Just my view on it....

Chances for false accusations [of rape] are pretty low. The reason you read about it often from celebrities is because the plaintiff is hoping to scare them into settling out of court to avoid bad publicity. Condoms do prevent herpes. It can only spread through contact and if you see open scabs and wounds you shouldn't be sleeping with her.

this literally never happens. almost all the women who get assaulted or raped never tell anyone but their close friends. you never hear about it. there is some misleading agenda that makes you think false accusations are some serious problem when they aren't.
