Watch Mad Men, it is great.

I remember one scene on season 1 where the main character's (D) wife (W)after they arranged to spend August in her father's summer home says:

W: "Maybe we should get a summer house?"

D: "We're not that flush right now"

W: "Oh?" (visibly surprised)

D: "Nothing to worry about, I'd just rather wait until next year" (Calm and collected)

W: "Good, cause I love seeing my dad" while smiling and cuddling up to him.

PERFECT example of passing shit tests.

The best thing for me was watching RSD videos to start but then actually infield.

Just keep the mindset of amused mastery and that you are there to have fun.

Changing your body will pay dividends! First focus on your physicality for it shapes your mentality. Here are books that helped me tremendously: 1. (Power book) 48 Laws of Power: Your decisions should be tactical and made with precision 2. (Mindset book)The Book of Pook: Instead of chasing, she will chase you if you have insanely high self-esteem 3. (Being witty/funny) Flirting is more about making the other person chase you. Practice body language and showing intent instead of voicing intent. Any books on charisma can help if you want to dig deeper into building a vibrant personality.

I think you're looking at the symptoms, rather than the cause. I believe the cause to be that you lack social skills and confidence. With those 2 I believe you'll sole your problem and that it'll come naturally.

Watch RSD videos on YouTube. I learned a lot from that, and there is more than enough content to get you going.
Actually DO it. Start approaching people and talking to them. This is a skill, and like any other skill, it takes practice to get good at. If I had to pick between having 1000 hours of high-quality content OR a tenth as much time spent actually practicing interacting with women, I would take the firsthand experience every time.
