Which traits are needed for better LTR?

Worry first about getting the girls (that takes becoming someone girls want to pursue).

Then worry about whether they're good enough or not to qualify for the honor of being your gf.

Don't start trying to 'sculpt' yourself in a way that makes you some kind of "LTR-friendly" sort of guy - you might as well go full blue-pill if that's what you're aiming for (ex. "hey, girls! I'll always show up on time for ours date!" "I'll always be there to cuddle with you!" "We can have as many Netflix and ~~chill~~ binge on Ben N Jerry's nights as you want!")

You need to have abundance and have a hobby you prioritize over women that is active before you can attempt to hold the frame necessary for a red pill led LTR.

In spite of that - please for the love of God don't be the first to mention being exclusive.
