Yes. It is completely against my values.

If I make a promise I keep it. A relationship is basically a promise to not shag other women.

I had the chance to shag a polish 9 and passed it on. I didn't even want to be in a relationship at that point but until I ended it I wasn't going to break it. That was also the moment when I decided "fuck relationships plates sound much more fun" and life got a whole lot better.

A monogamous LTR is an agreement to sexually commit to your partner. Cheating breaks this contract and trust. It goes on a deep level. Everyone can make their own decision on morals as per the moralizing rule but that's the most upfront answer to those who wonder the reasoning behind cheating.
