Why do we entertain the obvious problem posts?

I’m guessing it’s because most people didn’t see the initial post, or don’t connect the dots. It’s mostly dating advice garbage that gets asked. Or the gayest shit. My girlfriend bad, what I do? I’m not the man, why am I not man? Here’s this ten page essay, where did I go wrong?

Not every guy is in the same place in his journey to manhood. Sometimes we see "stupid" questions where, to experienced men, the answer is obvious but because a guy is a n00b who is thirsty or still half believes in the myth of the Disney Girl, he doesn't see it.

I will still be up on the mountaintop, lowering a rope for the young guys struggling up the slope.

Honestly I think this sub needs to be more heavily moderated to stop dumb shit being asked when there's clear evidence a simple sidebar look could answer their shit.

The sad truth is, a lot of the posts aren’t trolls. Take a look around, or jump on social media for 5 minutes, and you’ll see the sad, sad state of men in 2021. I believe a lot of these questions, while yes pathetic, are genuine, and if they’re genuinely turning here for advice, I want to give them the best advice I can. Whether they take it or not, is up to them. Where else can they turn to if not here?
