So I meet a girl at a party for example, she starts sending signals, we talk and flirt for a bit on snapchat then plan to go somewhere and on the day she mysteriously gets grounded or some other bullshit excuse. Another example is sexually aggressive flirting on snapchat with the girl reciprocating and when the day comes to meet she flakes. Don't understand this.
