My LTR of 1 year told me this last night:

LTR:"I don't want to speak to you, and I don't want to see you." LTR:"Do not call or message me" (Shocked by her severity) Me:"Word. Say it again so I know it's real." LTR:"Leave me alone."

TL;DR: Dabbled on some minor reprehensible habits that my LTR knowingly strongly dislikes. Tried to A&A when confronted, however it blew up and got worse. Led to ghosting on both ends. No word back yet.

PLEASE skip the one-itis bullshit. She's my LTR. I get it. Hard-Soft nexting is a huge option for me atm. I'm more intrigued at her behaviour than I am some emotionally damaged girl. I'm asking to better my understanding of her nature, and how to handle a scenario like that in the future more pro-actively from you all that are wiser than I. But, I'm so fucking lost. What the hell did I do? Where did I go wrong? I haven't messaged or contacted her back since and neither has she. If this goes on for another day, should I break the contact and say that we're through so it's official?

The catalyst:

The day was going great. Since we both either had school or work at night, I went and fucked the dog-shit out of her during the day and made her make me food after. She was treating me really well. She was going out after her class with her friend to blaze and catch up. I don't really care but she knows that I expect constant updates out of her.

Example: "Just got done class, omw home." "Just met up with friend(s), going to blaze." "Just got food, gonna chill and go home." "Home, going to study and sleep." etc.

She knows this and also does this with or without me asking, yet didn't update me for some reason. I have no idea why. I sent her a text saying, "excuse me, don't make me remind you" while I was at work, which sounds a bit like a control freak out of context but she immediately knew what it meant and how to respond. She updated me shortly after. I was a bit salty at her lack of response and enthusiasm so I didn't update when I got done work and instead went out directly after to drink with some coworkers.

I got home late again. (Which she really dislikes and has voiced her opinion several times about) I also didn't call her like I usually do when I got home. But not because I was salty but because for some reason I was feeling really nauseous. I must've ate something from my restaurant that set me off. Happened to me before. I got home at 3, and stayed near-puking until 4. At that time, it's already really late and I'm exhausted. So I managed to text her saying how pukish I felt and I'm going to KO for the night.

The next morning she instantly accuses me of being spiteful, neglecting, rude and disrespectful. She hasn't taken a second to stop and think about what was going on with me yet or if I have a story. I pretty much A&A her until she gets really fed up and starts up'ing her ferocity. I let her know I'm not playing along because you're just going to take us "there" again. She knows what that means, and still tries to put her foot down. I have work at night, so I call her when I get a 15 minute break and she starts rambling on and yelling at me saying how i'm always trying to flip any scenario on her that she's wrong when she's the one that's initially upset. I let her know that she's wasting both are times and to just drop it and let it go because I WILL prove to her how this is all on her. She keeps talking as I'm letting her know I have to go back to work as my break is over. She won't stop and listen. So I hang up.

10 minutes later she msg's me and says:
