It might, but your issue might be a lack of sensitivity to DHT.

How old are you? It’s common not to be able to grow a beard until your late 20s.

Mid 20's here, can't grow a beard. Even on test.

It could help. IMO body hair is mostly genetics. Try eating .5 grams of carbs per lb of body weight (ex. Eat 100 grams of fats if you weigh 200 lbs).

Make sure that you're getting your fats from healthy sources like fish, avocado's, almonds, peanut butter, meats.

Fats help your body production. Keep in mind though that your hair will grow faster so more frequent haircuts and your nails will grow quicker too.

I been on copious amounts of test. I think I saw a light increases facial hair but maybe not.
