I run a business with 2 other people. We have a handful of employees.
We run a retail business in a small town. Most of our clients are women. I don't really spin plates since I'm constantly busy with the business.

Most of the women in my life I meet running errands or on weekends, we hook up, and that's about it. Any time I try to spin plates they break fairly easily. " I'm not there enough" or "emotionally distant". I don't really mind women come and go, my business and future come first.

My question is, women come in to my shop consistently and hit on me giving me overt IOIs. I don't know how to escalate with these women since they are my clients/customers. I know the whole don't shit where you eat but there are a handful that have told me they are only here in town for a limited amount of time.

How do I escalate with a woman in my business OR open an opportunity for another meetup to escalate? I've worked at restaurants and have landed a few hookups from it, but this being MY business AND retail it feels out of place to hit on customers/clients.

Any and all advice is welcome.
