I have been on a handful of cruises with friend and had two girls that worked there keep telling me that "they can't"..."It's against cruise ship policy". I only asked once. But sure enough they gave up their contact info. Nothing happened because they were from another country and there were plenty of attractive girls from my country on ship as guests.

So basically, you won't get 'fined' for hooking up with guests and you'll probably see it happening pretty regularly.

You know... even most cruise ship captains have a mistress (even though the captain is married to someone on-shore).

Basically nobody cares. What are they going to do...? Give corporate a call that someone hooked up with a guest or coworker? Just don't get caught hooking up with your underling if you get a manager role, because that's the biggest taboo.
